Delivery Basics

Free Delivery
We went to great lengths to research shipping policies and costs across several countries to come up with the best packaging and package sizes possible.

We do not inflate our prices to give you "free" delivery. In keeping with being radically better we charge you only for the shipping you actually need. This is the reason our packages are, 200g and 400g instead of 250g and 500g like other companies, our approach saves you a LOT in shipping costs.  

In addition, to reduce the our ecological impact and cut costs for the SOkopi community we developed our packaging so that we can avoid using boxes, this also saves a LOT in shipping costs.

How we work

We roast our coffee on the farm in Indonesia and send it straight to you. We will notify you once we have roasted and shipped your order. SOkopi will ship out fresh roast coffee the very same day that we roast it.

For our foreign customers, we group orders for an export shipment.

SOkopi lead time

Outside Indonesia - After we receive your order we will add it to the next export shipment. This shipment will be roasted and despatched as soon as we have the minimum amount required for an export shipment. We will send you a notification once we are ready to roast and ship our next shipment.

Inside Indonesia - We ship the same day to Indonesian customers for orders received by 12 pm.

International export delayed fulfilment

If your order status is pending and you cannot wait for the next export shipment, then please contact us and we will provide a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then SOkopi will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect and unused condition in their unopened original packaging.

All shipping back to SOkopi is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ because SOkopi is responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
